Greater Roll

Marcus rolls a fair standard $n-$sided die with the values $1-n$ on the sides. He records the value he rolled. Afterwards, he continues rolling the die until he obtains a value at least as large as the first roll. Let $N$ be the number of rolls after the first that he performs. Find $\mathbb{E}\left[ N \right]$ when $n = 6$.
