1. The Service

Quanteaser is an online platform to prepare for quantitative finance interviews, offering practice questions, detailed solutions, hints, curated lists and progress tracking. We may update, add or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid “Pro” subscription billed monthly through Stripe.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Pro grants immediate access to digital content. By subscribing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins, to the extent permitted by French and EU consumer law. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the questions, solutions or other content;
• share your account or circumvent access restrictions or paywalls;
• disrupt, attack or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its questions, solutions, design and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own interview preparation. Content you submit (e.g. your answers) remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (e.g. Stripe, Neon, Resend). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, which are governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practicing with Quanteaser will result in any particular interview or career outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under French law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, you agree to first contact us to seek an amicable resolution. As a consumer, you may also use the consumer mediation service [consumer mediator name and details]. Failing resolution, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email and take effect upon posting.
